Soccer Wars and Camp Shutout Announce Partnership to Unite and Empower the Goalkeeper Community
11-12-24 – Soccer Wars, a national leader in individualized soccer competitions, is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Camp Shutout, the world’s largest goalkeeper camp, founded by esteemed goalkeeper coach Stan Anderson. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in strengthening the goalkeeper community across the U.S. and beyond, offering keepers a unique platform to develop and showcase their skills.
Soccer Wars CEO Casey Clark and Stan Anderson share a longstanding passion for advancing goalkeeper training. Having worked together on training sessions, podcasts, and video shoots, Casey and Stan discovered that their goals and values aligned perfectly. “I’ve been fortunate to share the field with Casey prior to this past summer…then this past summer, Casey shared his talents with us, on site, at Camp Shutout in Stevens Point,” said Anderson. “He made such a positive impression on us, and we hope on him, that this relationship will better everyone interested in either Soccer Wars or Camp Shutout. Let’s explore the future!”
Each summer, Camp Shutout brings together over 450 (+650 in 2025) goalkeepers from across the globe, providing high-level training, camaraderie, and a shared commitment to excellence. “Camp Shutout is a staple in the goalkeeper world, with a reputation for developing top-tier goalkeepers and fostering a passionate, supportive community,” Clark noted. “Having such an outstanding organization endorse Soccer Wars is an honor, and we’re thrilled to offer their community exclusive discounts to our events.”
Through this partnership, Camp Shutout’s keepers will have access to Soccer Wars' Goalie Wars programming—competitive, small-sided matches where goalkeepers can showcase their skills in high-energy settings. “We believe that joining hands, or rather, gloves, with Camp Shutout will leave the soccer community better than we found it,” said Clark. “Together, we’re excited to elevate the goalkeeper experience and create unforgettable opportunities for the next generation of keepers.”
